Day 55: Something that scares you

Holly
Sara
Brittany
In continuing with the 'find out a bit more about you' week, our challenge today was something that freaks you out. This was a funny one; it's hard to draw things that scare you! (especially things like spiders, or anything creepy crawly... I found that drawing a shark was easier than drawing a mascot; specifically the Western Viking *shiver*) so here's to drawing creepy things!!

Day 54: Pet Peeve

Today's challenge was to illustrate a pet peeve. It's been a busy week for everyone-- hopefully once things calm down once again we will have more participants. Until then, here's nail biting from Holly, and toilet paper roll anger from me.

Day 53: Something you enjoy the sound of

Today's challenge was about something you enjoy the sound of. Which was kind of an interesting one; it was Heather enjoyed the sound of trains because of where she grew up (On a house boat by the train tracks), Holly likes the sound of her cat Mylee purring while she sleeps (and swears she's not an old cat lady), and I like the sound of horses chewing on grain because of my silly sister and all the time I spent around horses growing up. So there you go! A little info on a few of us!

Day 52: Sasquatch

Today's challenge was "Sasquatch." Heather chose to amplify his large feet; while I chose to put him in an American Gothic parody. Happy Tuesday!

Day 49: Things that make bubbles

Today's challenge was 'things that make bubbles'; me and my sister took this one a bit sideways today... (hers being a dog having a bad experience, mine being Lady Gaga) Oh, bubbles...

Day 48: Skiing Critters

Sara

What happens when you look over at someone and say "Quick! Give me the most random thing you can think of!"

Answer: "Animals on waterskiis."

Awesome. Today's challenge is brought to you by Holly, who was put on the spot. Thanks Holly!

Day 47: Fun in the 80's

Today's post is all about the 80's... and I'm not too sure why no one wanted to contribute to this one? Perhaps it is because not much awesome happened in the 80's?

I beg to differ (About one thing that is; I don't necessarily love the 80's either.) Don't you remember the hypercolor t-shirt? So awesome. It needed a little love. (Just please don't leave them in the sun. That does all sorts of weird things to its color.)

Day 46: Bearded Lady

Sara
Amy
Today's challenge was: Bearded Lady. Leave it up to the Pierce crowd to come up with sillier ideas than I could dream up! (I like how both Amy and I decided to do blonde bearded ladies. Ha!)

Day 45: Favorite Object in Type

Today's challenge was to design a thing you LOVE with type! It was a tiny one today, as only Amy and I were able to do it... Amy is an avid horse fan, and I am overly obsessed with fancy claw-foot bathtubs!

Day 44: Breakfast signage

Sara
Heather

Today's challenge was to design a street sign based on a part of your breakfast this morning. (Count on these challenges getting sillier until I get more input on themes! Please feel free to comment and add your own!)

After a long string of changes, Design Fart is now up running again! The plan is to once again start and continue our daily blogging, except we're changing things up a bit-- we are welcoming a few new bloggers!

Adam: Heather's new partner in crime, who is also the creator of Hemisphere Design

Amy: A talented designer at Pierce College, also my big sister!

Holly, Heather and I will also continue to design. Thanks for sticking with us!

Yesterday's challenge was "I'm on a boat"... here's what happened!
